Dynamics CRM Senior Project Manager / Head of CRM Projects - for one of the UK's leading integrators of CRM, BI and ERP solutions. Basic £50k + £10k bonus + £5k car allowance + benefits.
As Head of Projects, reporting to the Professional Services Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the total delivery of client projects with a team of 25 covering Dynamics CRM, Business Intelligence and accounting solutions and you will have specific responsibility for the full project life cycle from business analysis, through requirements definition, development, implementation and delivery. Projects are typically £100 - £200k value and many will run concurrently. You will have key relationships with the client Sales/Marketing and CRM Managers, technical managers and finance departments and also with the Directors, consultants, pre-sales, sales and development teams internally. You will assist in the delivery of £2.5 million in consultancy revenue, scoping documentation and business analysis, business process engineering, C#, .Net, SQL technology understanding to the consultants, best practice project delivery, internal procedural enhancements and 100% resolution of technical problems. Ideal candidate profile: * CRM strategist with a track record of delivering innovative and strategic solutions supported by CRM technologies * Strong CRM product knowledge with a background in Dynamics CRM / MS CRM * Proven Project Management experience, having implemented a multitude of CRM projects, and many concurrently * An understanding of CRM principles, products, deployment strategies and work-flows * Track record of managing teams of up to 20 consultants * Prince 2 practitioner * Credible with senior level clients * The ability to write scoping documents and author project control documents * Ability to track the project P&L and deliver on time and to budget * Public Sector experience (particularly education) would be useful * Multi tasker, able to work under pressure, driven and success hungry This is a great opportunity to work with a company who successfully build Dynamics CRM, BI and ERP solutions which empower people and deliver excellent ROI.
