We have NAV and FRx operating on its own dedicated server. I want to install the NAV/CSIDE client on our Citrix box. Does anyone know where I can find documentation on how to properly install the NAV/CSIDE client on our Citrix box. I have tried everything with no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Our Microsoft Partner/NAV implementer has no clue on how to do this.

Hmm.. this isnt' really terribly complicated.  Can you give us more details about the errors you are getting.  There are essentially three pieces, all of which are fairly simple.

  1. Install the software - be sure to do this in "console mode" or equivalent
  2. Publish the application - or the desktop
  3. Make sure that your .zup files are getting saved correctly.

Where are you getting stuck?
