Hi,

I'm attempting to do the setup of barcode (Axapta 3.0), but in the barcode setup (>> Basic >> Setup >> Barcode setup), I cannot choose any font. After the choice of a barcode type, it suggests a font for it. When I try to save it, I get the message that this font is not valid for the chosen barcode type. I cannot choose any other fonts - in fact, there are not options of fonts on the drop-down list. I checked the true-type fonts on the Windows machine, and they are there. What could I be missing here?

Thanks!

Hi,

Dynamics Ax 3.0 natively supports the following barcodes -

Code128
Code39
EAN128
EAN13
EAN8 + UPC variant
ITF
UPCA
UPCE

Please check the Ax 3.0 CD.  If I am not mistaken, the fonts are supplied in the CD.  Otherwise you can download from Internet.

Hope this helps,

 Hi,

Thank you for your answer!

In which directory in the Axapta installation are the fonts supposed to be, do you know?

Thanks,

Anders
