ADCS and WMS with Lot tracking

     Hi all!

I have a location LOCA which is a transition location where I receive all my goods. After I nee to transfer my goods into  another location LOCB which is where I setup all zones and Bins .

How can setup those  locations to be able to receive all my goods on scanners using ADCS and Lot tracking. Is it possible?

     Thanks

Re: ADCS and WMS with Lot tracking

    Hi Taty,

ADCS and lot tracking is independent, and can be enabled indepently.

For Lot tracking, you have to enable this from "Item card". You cannot enable lot tracking on an item that already has transactions. So in your case, you would have to create a new item card all over again, if you want to enable lot tracking. Please bear in mind, if you want to use lot tracking in warehouse documents, you have to enable "lot warehouse tracking" option in "Item tracking code card".

As for ADCS, I have only managed to set it up and install it. Have not gone as far as customising the ADCS interface. Customisation and setting up the ADCS terminal is not easy. You have to install NAS and setup the terminals. Not a very good experience for me. I would rather suggest that you use remote desktop for your terminals to update picking lists rather than using ADCS.All you need here is to customise a smaller form for picking lists so that it can fit in the hand held terminal.

    Jordi
