    Looking for Report 704 (W1)

Sorry I'm a newbie here on the forum. I'm looking for parts usage for the previous month esp. work order related parts.

We use Nav 5.0 sp1. with SQL database.

    Thanks in advance.

The Inventory Transaction report maybe a good place to start, you could simply filter on the ledger entries analyse this, or the analysis reports will, I believe, show you the consumption and you can set up monthly buckets which will give you exactly what you want.

Next time I would suggest you start a new thread.Big Smile

    Re: Inventory movement

What report#  is this Inventory Transaction Report? I did a search on our Navision reports and it came up empty.

    Thanks,

    Greg

    Re: Inventory movement

    That's what I thought it was. We don't have a 704 Report.

Thanks Adam. I will have to ask our Vendor what happened to it.

    Re: Inventory movement

    Adam,

I checked with our VAR and he said there is no report 704. We purchased all the modules and are on Version 5.0 SP1.

If there really is a 704 I would like to know why we don't have it.

    Greg

    Re: Inventory movement

Report 704 Inventory - Transaction Detail is in the Worldwide version of NAV, but not in the US version.

However, you can import it into a US database and it will run just fine.  I haven't verified the results, but it's a really simple report.

I have put the object in the download section.

Can the moderator split this into two threads?
