I am using SMTP OCX for sending emails from NAV, just because it has HTML support. Any ways, i get this error

This message is for C/AL programmers:

The call to member Send failed. SmtpMailXControl1.SmtpMailX returned the following message:
10061:Connection refused

but everything seems to be ok. Why do i get this error?

any ideas?

From the error. It could be a permission problem. Check the security settings on the SMTP server.

 

On another note.

 I would personally use this:

www.nowecor.de/users/stephan/Navision/smtpocx.htm i am using this SMTP ocx. How can set the password.? i have user name and the password for the mail exchange server.

Acutally i am using the Nav. 3.7.
