Query Builder Error when adding Leads

When I try to add a new lead I got this error:

Query Builder Error
No Attribute

I just created a new field that I connected to a field in Accounts. (a pick list)
Could it have something to do with that??

Hope someone could help me:)

btw...has the latest version of the crm...

I would start by publishing all entities on the CRM system. I think this will correct the error
