I've seen this post several times, but real solutions.  I am looking to find, or run some report generation tools, or something in the SDK that shows a table and all of its realtions.

One example would be the SalesTable table.  It lists its relations, but that is what is only setup as a relation in the AOT.  I am looking for something listing the SalesTable table, and all of the true related tables, like the line items table, taxes, serial numbers, commissions, etc.  There does not seem to be a way to determine what tables are written to when sales orders are created, or any other document for that matter.

Any help is appreciated.

You can try using cross-references.

The information for tables is stored in xRefTableRelation.

Information about Table Relations is gathered there

There is no document describing all of this. Sorry :)
